We are located at 14002 East 21st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74134, in Suite #1000 inside the Eastgate Metroplex.

For the easiest access to our suite, park near Paul Mitchell The School and enter through the large glass doors to the left. Once inside, take the escalator, stairs, or elevator to the second floor and follow the signage to our suite.

Before Your Interview

  • Confirm your interview: Reply to the email to confirm your interview date and time.
  • Skills test: Complete the eSkills assessment using the link in the email. The assessment must be completed on a computer (it cannot be done on a phone.) If you do not have access to a PC or laptop, the test can be completed on-site.
  • Save time: Completing the assessment ahead of time will significantly reduce your time on interview day. If you cannot complete the assessment in advance, please arrive 30 minutes early for your interview.

  • Photo ID: Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.

What to Expect on Interview Day

  • Time on-site: Plan to be here for at least 1 hour. Plan for additional time if you need to complete the skills test on-site or if you are offered the position.
  • Arrival: When you arrive, let our receptionist at the front desk know you’re here for an interview.
  • Interview: You’ll meet with a recruiter or hiring manager to discuss the role, your professional experience, and your experience working in a contact center.
  • Next steps: If you’re offered the position, you’ll need to sign an offer letter, complete a mouth swab drug test, and authorize a background check on-site before you leave.

What type of job is this?

We mostly hire on-site customer service and outbound sales roles in our contact center, which involve assisting customers by phone and computer in a fast-paced, team-based environment. From time to time, we also hire other support roles. Most positions are full-time, on-site unless a remote option is clearly noted in the job posting.

Please arrive at our suite at the time listed in your interview confirmation email. Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. If you are completing the skills assessment on-site, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled interview time.
