Do-Not-Call Compliance

Avantive Solutions provides calling services to business clients that sell or market products and services to individuals and businesses, or that contact individuals and businesses for market research purposes. Avantive Solutions only works on behalf of clients who either have a relationship with existing customers or who are attempting to contact prospective customers.

Avantive Solutions adheres strictly to all Federal and State regulations. Avantive Solutions will not contact you in violation of these regulations and will strictly adhere to any requests from individuals or businesses that do not wish us to contact them on behalf of our clients.

If you wish to be taken off of any calling lists provided to Avantive Solutions by our clients, please click here to contact our Compliance Team. Please provide all telephone numbers that you wish to have added to our Do-Not-Call list. In addition, we will forward your number to the client on whose behalf we have contacted you for inclusion on their internal Do-Not-Call List as well.
