Frank

Frank Pettinato

Chief Executive Officer

Frank is the CEO of Avantive Solutions. He is a purpose-driven executive with a diverse professional background and over 30 years of extensive experience in global business management. His areas of expertise include consumer engagement, digital transformation, strategic leadership, sales, marketing, and technology. 

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Frank was the General Manager of C3i Solutions (public subsidiary: Merck and Co.) and helped lead the sale of the company to HCL Technologies. Previously, he was also the President and CEO of Corporate Call Center, Inc. (Private: Guardian Capital.) 

Frank holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. 

He is passionate about giving back and is proud to sit on the board of RealPurpose.org, a non-profit organization he founded in 2020. In his spare time, you can find him reading or on the golf course working on his short game. 

Amy

Amy Brennan

Chief AI Officer/COO

Amy is the COO and Chief AI Officer of Avantive Solutions. She is a veteran Six Sigma operations leader with more than 30 years of inbound, outbound, B2C, and B2B experience across numerous verticals. She is passionate about the future of digital transformation, but equally as focused on developing amazing teams and results. 

Previously, Amy held positions at BPOs such as Concentrix, Alorica, and Sykes 

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Stockton University in New Jersey, a Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University, and is a member of Mensa. 

When not involved with the latest innovations, she can be found boating and fishing off the New Jersey coast with her husband and their Golden Retrievers.

Simon Brown

Chief Information Security Officer

Simon is the Chief Technology Officer at Avantive Solutions. He is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience and effectively uses technology to improve business efficiency, conceptualizes and implements solutions, and delivers critical projects on time and within budget. 

Previously, Simon held various CTO and VP roles at companies such as Corporate Call Center Inc, SkyLink Aviation Inc, and Ascendia Brands. 

He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.  

When not involved with the latest technology, Simon is an avid cyclist and runner. He has even completed triathlons!

Michael Ferrari

Chief Customer Officer

Michael is the Chief Customer Officer and has led our Avantive team to deliver honest commitments that drive customer engagement, increased profitability, and shared success on critical initiatives for the past 10 years. He has over 20 years of experience in Operational Management, Employee Engagements, Sales Leadership, and Business Development.  

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Michael held management roles for Charles Schneider, Ashley Furniture, and Big Lots. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. 

When Michael is not developing strategic solutions, he and his son explore their town and tear up trails on their OneWheels. 

LindseyWarren

Lindsey Warren

Chief Marketing Officer

Lindsey is Chief Marketing Officer and has developed and executed a marketing plan to support our accelerated company growth. She has nearly 20 years of experience in public relations, corporate branding, strategic planning, and thought leadership.  

Before joining Avantive Solutions, she owned her own marketing firm, Large Media, Inc, serving clients in multiple industries. She also held roles at Advertising Specialty Institute and The Lexicomm Group.

Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Penn State University.

When she’s not cooking up a new creative idea, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and tending to her mini backyard farm.

Rudy Jones - The Corporate Coordinator

Rudy Jones

Corporate Controller

Rudy, serving as the Corporate Controller, brings over 17 years of extensive expertise in accounting and finance across diverse industries such as mining, manufacturing, and integrated supply.

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Rudy worked for US Strategic Metals and US Tool Group. His dedication and leadership were also evident during his 11-year tenure in the U.S. Army, earning him the prestigious title of Sergeant Audie Murphy Club Inductee.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

When Rudy is not busy crunching numbers, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, motorcycle riding, and collecting cards.

Josue Ceron

General Manager
Latin America

Josue is General Manager of our locations in Latin America. He has more than 10 years of industry experience and has been a crucial part of our organization’s growth. Josuereceived a Bronze Stevie® Award for Contact Center Leader of the Year in the 2023 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Before joining Avantive Solutions, he held positions at TTEC and Confie.

He received an associate degree in business administration from Centro de BachilleratoTecnológico Industrial y de Servicios in Mexico.

In his free time, Josue enjoys reading and his favorite authors include Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, and Angela Duckworth.

Sanjeev Dobhal

Managing Director, India

Sanjeev is Managing Director in Noida, India. He is a finance, accounting, and administration professional with nearly 20 years of experience in serving sectors like intellectual property rights, software development, executive search and leadership consulting, digital marketing, and engagement center services. 

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Sanjeev held a key position at Heidrick & Struggles (Knowledge management center). 

He received a master’s degree in commerce from H. N. B. Garhwal University in Uttarakhand, India and master’s in business administration from Symbiosis in Pune Maharashtra. 

Sanjeev is passionate about tennis, cricket, and motor bikes.

Julie Via

Senior Human Resources Director

Julie is Senior HR Director and has over 20 years of HR experience. In addition to traditional HR services and recruitment, Julie has expertise in training, diversity and inclusion, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.

Previously, Julie worked for companies such as Energy Products, Inc., FlyingTee, Warehouse Specialists, and Lowe’s.

She received a bachelor’s degree in communications from San Diego State University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®.)

In her free time, you can find her playing word games like crossword puzzles and Scrabble online.

Julieta Lopez

Human Resources Manager
Mexico

Julieta is Human Resources Manager in Latin America. She has nearly 20 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and employee engagement.

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Julieta held positions at TeleTech, Philip Morris International, and Manpower Inc.

She earned a Business Administration degree from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and is currently studying for her MBA in Human Resources. She also has a certification as an Ambassador of the Emotional Paycheck.

When she’s not working, Julieta enjoys spending time with her son, dogs, and family, especially at the beach. Julieta also loves to sing and dance salsa.
