We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP to manage day-to-day transactions related to sales, procurement, and accounting. The candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sales Orders in NetSuite
• Generate and process Purchase Orders
• Record and post Accounts Payable (AP) bills
• Apply vendor payments against outstanding bills in the system
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, and Finance) for data and approvals
• Handle additional accounting and operational tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• B2-level proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and basic accounting principles
• Experience managing sales and purchase transactions
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within an ERP-based environment
• Experience working with US and/or Mexico entities or processes is an advantage
  (including exposure to international transactions, tax structures, or compliance requirements)
