Eric McCaffery

Director of Client Success

Eric is a Director of Client Success at Avantive Solutions, where he leverages over 30 years of experience in contact center operations, BPO services, and business development to drive client success and long-term growth.

Before joining Avantive Solutions, Eric held roles at Comcast, Excite@Home and Empereon Marketing, where he focused on improving operational performance, strengthening customer experience (CX), and developing business strategies that delivered measurable results.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

When he’s not creating tailored solutions for our clients, Eric can be found supporting his local Philly sports and college teams, mastering his golf game, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
