Amy is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief AI Officer of Avantive Solutions. She was the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award for Female Thought Leader of the Year in Business Services at the 2024 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
She is a veteran Six Sigma operations leader with more than 30 years of inbound, outbound, B2C, and B2B experience across numerous verticals. She is passionate about the future of machine learning and AI, but equally focused on developing amazing teams and results.
Amy’s thought leadership extends well beyond our organization. Her expertise has earned her opportunities to advise policymakers, including providing testimony before the Maryland State Ways and Means Committee on AI’s opportunities in education and business.
Previously, Amy held positions at BPOs such as Concentrix, Alorica, and Sykes.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Stockton University in New Jersey, a Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University, and is a member of Mensa.
When not involved with the latest innovations, she can be found boating and fishing off the New Jersey coast with her husband and their Golden Retrievers.
