Julie is Senior HR Director and has over 20 years of human resources experience. In addition to traditional HR services and recruitment, Julie has expertise in training, diversity and inclusion, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
Previously, Julie worked for companies such as Energy Products, Inc., FlyingTee, Warehouse Specialists, and Lowe’s. Throughout her career, she has focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening workplace culture, supporting employee development, and creating hiring strategies that help organizations attract and retain exceptional talent.
Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from San Diego State University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR.)
Julie’s passion for developing people extends beyond the workplace. She serves on the Board of Directors for RealPurpose.org and is an Area Representative for ASSE International, where she connects host families with international exchange students spending a year of high school in Oklahoma. She has had the privilege of meeting students from seven countries and helping them make the most of their experience in the United States.
Away from the office, Julie enjoys challenging herself with crossword puzzles and online Scrabble and takes every opportunity she can to go sailing.
