Sanjeev Dobhal serves as Managing Director, India at Avantive Solutions, leading the company’s operations in India and supporting its growth as a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC).
Since joining Avantive Solutions in 2010, Sanjeev has played a central role in growing the India operations into a thriving center of excellence that supports global business functions.
He leads teams focused on operational performance, business transformation, quality assurance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
With over 20 years of experience across global organizations, Sanjeev brings deep expertise in business leadership, operational excellence, finance, and governance. Prior to joining Avantive Solutions, Sanjeev held leadership positions with Heidrick & Struggles’ Knowledge Management Center and Intellevate (CPA Global).
He received a master’s degree in commerce from H. N. B. Garhwal University in Uttarakhand, India and master’s in business administration from Symbiosis in Pune Maharashtra.
Beyond work, Sanjeev enjoys playing tennis and cricket, and exploring his passion for motorcycles.
