  • Call monitoring
  • Call coaching feedback for agent improvement
  • Call calibrations and evaluations

 

Work Experience

  • Preferred to have worked in outbound Sales/ Survey Process and Customer Care
  • Preferred to have experience in sectors such as Mass Media and Tele Communication.
