A Global Spirit Week to Remember
Our teams love any excuse to dress up and show off their creativity. Every day came with a different theme that encouraged employees to have fun and get creative.
From pyjamas and twinning looks to secret agents, time travel, and hero versus villain showdowns, our teams made this year’s Customer Service Week one to remember.
The celebration took place across all of our contact center locations. Even though we work in different time zones, we are a connected team with one culture, and that is something worth celebrating!
Celebrating Locally at Our Tulsa Headquarters
Hundreds of employees and their families joined us at the Tulsa Zoo for our third annual company-hosted Employee Appreciation Day! Held right after Customer Service Week, this event was our way of thanking our amazing Tulsa contact center team and the families who support them every day. From lunch to exploring the zoo’s exhibits, it was the perfect way to celebrate the people behind every great customer experience.
As the location of our corporate headquarters, Tulsa plays a huge role in shaping our company culture and supporting our global contact center operations. We’re always proud to celebrate our team and community at one of our favorite local spots.
