Avantive Solutions Welcomes New Senior Human Resources Director

We are happy to announce that seasoned HR leader Julie Via has joined our Avantive Solutions team as Senior Human Resources Director at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Julie comes to Avantive with more than 20 years of human resources (HR) experience as a strategic business partner to executive teams and business unit managers. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR & SHRM-SCP) with a BA in Communications from San Diego State University and will earn her Master of Business Administration early next year. In addition to traditional HR services and recruitment, Julie has expertise in training, diversity and inclusion, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
