We’re opening a new contact center location in Colonia Escandón, Mexico City. The new site includes 200 seats, dedicated HR and training space, operations leadership offices, and room for future expansion.

The 770 square meter site will house existing client programs that are moving to the new location, providing the capacity needed to scale those programs while creating room to support additional customer service and sales programs.
