We believe in celebrating our team members not just for their professional contributions to our contact center operations, but for who they are as whole people—parents, mentors, caregivers, and community members.
Recently, our Guadalajara contact center teams celebrated Día del Niño (Children’s Day) a beloved tradition in Mexico that honors the joy, growth, and well-being of children.
What is Children’s Day?
Observed annually on April 30th in Mexico, Día del Niño is a day full of fun and festivity, where children are celebrated with games, treats, and special recognition. The holiday is deeply rooted in cultural values that emphasize love, protection, and appreciation for children as the future of society. We love the sentiment and created our own tradition of holding a family-friendly celebration, bringing together work and home in a meaningful way.
A Family-Friendly Contact Center Experience
Each year, our Guadalajara team opens its doors to employees’ families for a day filled with laughter and fun. A big shout-out to the hard work and creativity of our Marketing Manager, Greta Medina. This year’s event was another success thanks to her dedication.
Kids received personalized badges, just like their parents. They also placed painted handprints on a wall in our cafeteria, tracking their growth year over year. This has become especially meaningful for our tenured employees, whose children have participated for several years.
Outside, the party continued with games, activities, and treats. Goodie bags were handed out as families enjoyed a memorable afternoon together.

A Company Culture Across Borders
Across our global contact center locations, we’re proud to foster a culture that celebrates and supports our teams, not just as employees, but as individuals. Whether they’re delivering customer service, driving results through outbound sales, or providing omnichannel support, our team members are empowered to bring their full selves to work each day.
In Tulsa, we hold an annual family picnic at the Tulsa Zoo, where team members bring their loved ones for a day of appreciation and fun. In Noida, we host an off-site Rewards & Recognition event, honouring employee achievements with awards and a lively talent show where team members showcase their passions and creativity. Our Guadalajara team also celebrates through “Avantive’s Got Talent”, giving employees the chance to step into the spotlight and share their talents beyond the headset, from music and dance to comedy.
These traditions are more than just celebrations. They’re a reflection of our belief in supporting the whole person, creating space for self-expression, and building stronger connections that uplift our culture without ever compromising our commitment to clients and customers.
