The evening began with a reflection on our 2024 milestones. From key functions like automated call quality, global accounting, IT helpdesk, and software development, to database management and various other back-office processes, our Noida team’s impact has been a key part of our success in the BPO and contact center outsourcing industries.
 
The celebration quickly shifted into high gear with fun activities, dancing, and plenty of memorable moments. The highlight of the evening was recognizing the extraordinary efforts of our team members.

  • Rahul Goyal, Sr. Support Engineer, earned the title of Most Valuable Player.
  • Sarvesh Kumar Tripathi, Desktop Support Engineer, was recognized as the Runner-up.
Team Quality:
 
  • Manoj Rawat, Sr. Quality Analyst, received the Most Valuable Player award.
