Frank Pettinato is the CEO of Avantive Solutions. He is a purpose-driven executive with a diverse professional background and over 30 years of extensive experience in global business management and contact center solutions. His areas of expertise include consumer engagement, digital transformation, strategic leadership, sales, marketing, and technology innovation.
Before joining Avantive Solutions, Frank was the General Manager of C3i Solutions and helped lead the successful sale of the company to HCL Technologies. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Corporate Call Center, Inc. He was also a co-founder and principal owner of the Standing Stone Group, a technology business services company sold to Visalign LLC.
Frank holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA giving him a combination of technical and business insight that informs his approach to AI-powered solutions and digital transformation.
Based in the greater Philadelphia area, Frank is a sought-after author, panel speaker, and podcast contributor on topics including company culture, innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation. He has spoken at SOCAP, Pace Association, GMA, and various industry trade events, and has been published in PM360, CRM Magazine, and Forbes Business Council.
He is passionate about giving back and is proud to sit on the board of NY Preschool & Kids Club as well as RealPurpose.org, a non-profit organization he founded in 2020.
