Fun Themes and Team Spirit


Each day, our teams embraced fun themes—Superhero Day, Hat Day, Cosmic Day, Sports Day, and Pajama Day. From capes to cozy PJs, our customer care specialists and support staff got creative and had a blast! Beyond the fun, it was a great reminder that teamwork and dedication are at the heart of delivering excellent customer service every day. Here are some highlights from the week:

While the fun themes were happening worldwide, our Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters went a step further by hosting a special Employee Appreciation Day at the Tulsa Zoo. Employees and their families were treated to a day of fun, activities, and time to relax outside of work. Events like these help us show our appreciation for the hardworking teams who make our call center in Tulsa such a success.
