Data Management Representative - REMOTE*

The Opportunity

**Must live in one of the Midwestern states in the US**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for the Customer/Pricing Master Data Management role. This role is pivotal in supporting the Customer Master File and Pricing Master File in SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining customer accounts within SAP and supporting all customer pricing-related activities. This position requires engagement, advocacy, and resolution-seeking both internally and externally when issues or opportunities arise, while proactively managing pricing and account data. This position will last at least one year, possibly longer.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate prices for all products.
• Ensure SAP reflects accurate customer and product pricing at all times.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers (e.g., Distribution Partners) to resolve pricing discrepancies or questions.
• Maintain compliance with all business practices
• Create, maintain, and update pricing (account agreements, marketing programs, contracts, bundles, customer hierarchies).
• Enter new products and manage state restrictions, account access to online ordering platforms (inclusions/exclusions).
• Set up new accounts in SAP, make account changes, update license information, and handle other account maintenance tasks.
• Manage shared inbox parallel to CC360 ticketing queue and manage online application queue in Salesforce.
• Support migration from manual to automated processes using online forms.
• Manage sales tax status for invoicing purposes (exemption certificates).
• Maintain account hierarchies in SAP.

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of SAP, particularly Order to Cash Pricing, Customer Master, and Material Master – this is REQUIRED.
• Interest or experience in the Animal Health Industry.
• B.S./B.A. degree completed or currently in progress.
• Quiet designated work area at home. This role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, side gigs, etc.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire.
• **Must live in one of these states: Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin** NO EXCEPTIONS
