Julieta is Human Resources Director for Latin America at Avantive Solutions, bringing 20 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and employee engagement. She specializes in developing talent strategies, strengthening workplace culture, and creating the HR foundations needed to support growing organizations.
Since joining Avantive Solutions, Julieta has played an important role in establishing and expanding the company’s operations in Mexico. She has helped develop the processes, procedures, and employee programs that support successful contact center operations while creating an environment where employees can thrive.
Before joining Avantive Solutions, Julieta held positions at TeleTech, Philip Morris International, and Manpower Inc. She earned a Business Administration degree from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and an MBA in Human Resources. She also holds a certification as an Ambassador of the Emotional Paycheck.
When she’s not working, Julieta enjoys spending time with her son, dogs, and family, especially at the beach. She also loves to sing and dance salsa.
We believe in supporting the communities where we live and work. In Mexico, we’ve partnered for years with Organismo de Nutrición Infantil A.C. (ONI), supporting their work to help children build healthier futures through nutrition and education programs. That long-standing relationship is something we’re proud of and continue to grow each year.
Our teams also support local animal shelters, collect and donate supplies, and step in to help families when they need it most.
