With over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, she has a proven track record in contact center operations and driving client success through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
Prior to Avantive Solutions, Lauren held management roles at C3i Solutions (formerly Telerx), where she developed expertise in operations management, call center development, and customer relationship management (CRM), helping teams exceed client expectations.
Lauren attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
When Lauren is not developing strategic solutions with our clients, she enjoys exploring the world with family and friends in search of cultural enrichment, some time for self-reflection, and of course, great food.
